Restored interior rear view CSP311 mirror. New chrome, new computer cut glass (supplied by SP/SR311 specialist), new rivets to hold mirror together and new yellow zinc on internal steel parts. Excellent condition, no imperfections from chroming process, which can lead to the impurities in the metal (especially in the zamak made stalk). See blog page 8 for details when I did the first restoration. Chrome plating is expensive, and very few companies will deal with the zamak made parts. New glass is £100 shipped to me on its own. This interior mirror (below) has been restored to the same high standards as the mirror above, but there are a few minor imperfections of impurities within the zamak during the chroming process (little bubbles/pimples) on the stalk near the 3 fixing holes (to attach to the roof). A refurbished fuel gauge correct for the CSP311 or SP311 (early models). This has been professionally restored by a vintage aircraft gauge restorer, who does the SP/SR gauges in their spare time. These gauges are difficult to take apart as Nissan somehow crimped the chrome bezel around the gauge body. Removing requires the bezel is lifted up, but this method never gives a satisfactory finish. Here, this gauge has been in a jig so the bezel is cut off, and the part behind the gauge body is removed. A special sealer is used to glue the re-chromed bezel back on.

The face of the gauge is removed and this is newly screen printed, matching the correct detail, including the KS (Kanto Seiki) Tokyo script. Also, the needle is also restored. Gauge checked it works, wiring cleaned and sealed. This is an expensive process, but the face of the gauge is beautiful, probably better than new. This is why the price reflects the work done, including shipping to the USA for this work to be done.

A restored engine bay inspection light. Correct for the CSP311. This is indicated by two wires, earth and power (later ones have just power and earths through the connection bolt). Also, stainless steel toggle switch and glass light bowl (both are plastic later). I have taken the light apart, vapour blasted the steel and had the surface yellow zinc. Rest has been cleaned and re-assembled. Price excluding shipping is £120.

Silvia CSP311 number plate light units. These have been restored by me. Original metal bases have been vapour blasted before yellow zinc plating. The internal bulb spring was also plated. New wiring used from a Nissan donor loom. Correct wire colour used. Soldered onto original bulb plate and bullet connector, or it is new. New wiring rubber grommet removed from new old stock IKI Nissan other model lighting unit. Lens made by me, see process in blog page 10. And new gasket cut. Sold without bulbs as I do not have any. I have two pairs for sale. 1 has a metal base that was much more corroded. It had holes which are filled with sealer. This shows as black marks in image. But it is water proof and can be used, as only lens is seen when fixed to car. Price for this pair is reduced due to this, £170 excluding shipping.

Fairlady SP311, SR311, Silvia CSP311, Cedric, New Old Stock right front brake caliper. Nissan part number 41000-73400, superseded by 41000-65001. Found here in the UK where there was no Nissan offical dealer at the time. Done under a franchise. The Fairlady SP/SR was never officially sold here, and very few Cedrics were too. I suspect due to low numbers of cars Nissan here did not warrant much parts inventory. Therefore, this caliper marketed by Girling in there own packaging. But as you see the part is correctly marked for a Sumitomo/ Dunlop part. There is a little light surface corrosion, but considering how long it has been in storage… A very rare find. £310 excluding shipping.

They are the correct shape, but not quite as clear as the originals. This is down to the moulding process. Better than having nothing. These are made of UV stable resin.
